82 billion rbl. are required to increase the salary of public sector employees of Bashkiria

In Bashkortostan 82 billion rbl. are required to increase the salary of public sector employees in 2013-2015, the head of the republic Rustem Khamitov informed at the session of the Public Council on improvement of investment climate.

“Actually today we have 38 billion rbl. in the three-year budget,” the President said. “It is possible to cover deficiency, including, owing to new manufactures, new enterprises appearance. Certainly, this process is very long and difficult and demands not two-three, but five, and may be ten years, but we should go exactly this way.”

According to Rustem Khamitov, the following stage of salary increase to public sector employees assumes making salary of a teacher equal to a double average salary over the republic by 2018. The salary of a culture sphere employee «will come closer to one and a half of an average salary over the republic».

“It demands large resources,” the President said. “Therefore we will make conditions for business development. We do not have any other revenues at present.”
