Customers have spent 32 million rbl. at agricultural fairs in Ufa

On February 23 and 24, the next agricultural fairs took place in Ufa, which were visited by more than 13 thousand people. As the press-service of the Ministry of Agriculture RB informs, meat and honey sale was conducted at once at seven shopping platforms. Agrarian enterprises of all patterns of ownership from 30 regions of Bashkortostan sold their products at the fairs.

119,5 tons of meat of wide assortment, more than six tons of poultry meat and 5,4 tons of honey for the total sum of 32,1 million rbl were sold for two days off at Ufa agricultural fairs.

On average one kg of beef cost 180-270 rbl., pork —150-180, lamb meat —240-280, horse beef —230-240 rbl. Honey was offered to Ufa townspeople at the price from 290 to 400 rbl. per kg.

It should be mentioned that one week ago at the winter fairs first in 2013, which took place in Ufa and Neftekamsk, it was sold meat and honey for the total sum of 18,7 million rbl. From them the most part of revenues, or 17,2 million rbl., are accounted for the Bashkir capital.
