Backdated salaries decreased by 23,8 million rbl. in Bashkiria in January

According to the Bashkortostan Statistics Agency, the backdated salaries in republic decreased by 23,8 million rbl. for January, 2013.

As Irina Svintitskaya, the head of department of the State Labour Inspection RB informs, in the list of debtors as of February, 1 "Bashkortostan" Airlines (there were debts in the sum of 28,9 million rbl.) and State Unitary Enterprise RB «Zianchurinsky Forest» (545 thousand rbl.) are absent.

State labour inspectors conduct monitoring of labour payment situation during checks of employers. 41 such checks were spent in the republic in January, 2013.

“The facts of backdated payment of wages and final settlement to 1010 employees for the total sum of more than 56,3 million rbl. were registered at 14 employers.” Irina Svintitskaya reports.

Besides backdated salaries, by results of checks in January, 2013 the state labour inspectors fixed 60 various infringements in the field of labour payment. In January to execute the orders earlier issued by state labour inspectors 157 employees were paid 446,9 thousand rbl. of debts on final payment, payment for overtime work, for work during week-ends and holidays.

32 employers were fined according to administrative proceedings initiated by state labour inspectors and public prosecutors for infringements in labour payment.
