Bashkiria should pass to a new payment system for heat

Roughly already in the beginning of the new cold season Bashkortostan will pass to the new system of payment for heat. If now consumers pay not for the consumed heat, but monthly, in equal shares within the whole year, in immediate prospect they will pay only for the heat consumed within the last month. Accordingly, during the summer months consumers will pay only for hot water. First deputy head of Ufa administration Vladimir Dmitryuk informed about it at the press conference.

“Today already there is a decision of the Government of Russia on transition to payment for the consumed heating,” the deputy head of city administration said.

With transition to the new system the problem of "technical" debts of municipal unitary enterprise «Ufa Utility Networks» to suppliers of heat will be solved, the administration assures. At the moment the debt amount makes 1,2 billion rbl.
