Maximum rise in prices is in one-room apartments segment in the Ufa rental market

The rent of standard one-room apartment is on average 16050 rbl. per month in Ufa as of the beginning of February. Under the information of "Expert" real estate agency, for the last year it has risen in price by 22,2 %.

In other segments of the rental market the rise in prices was less considerable. It is possible to rent a two-room apartment in Ufa on average for 17 thousand rbl. – by 9 % more expensive than the year before. Average cost of a three-room apartment rent is 18,8 thousand rbl. per month over the city – plus 4,5 %.
