Bashkortostan is on the sixth place by real estate transactions in the Russian Federation

The Bashkortostan Republic takes the sixth place in Russia on total registered titles, transactions and restrictions (encumbrances) on real estate in 2012.

Last year 838870 titles, transactions and real estate encumbrances were registered in the republic.

Thus among regions of the Volga Federal District Bashkortostan takes the second place on the given indicator, having conceded only to Tatarstan, and the first place by quantity of issued data from the Unified State Register of Rights to Real Estate and Transactions Therewith (EGRP).

As the press-service of Bashkortostan Directorate of the Russian State Register informs, the top five of regions on registration of titles, transactions and real estate encumbrances includes: the Moscow Region, the Krasnodar Territory, Tatarstan, the Rostov Region and Moscow.
