Local budgets received 7,2 billion rbl. from state property disposal and sale – the Ministry of Land and Property Relations RB

Disposal and sale of the state-owned property brought to the budgets of municipal areas, city districts and settlements 7173,1 million rbl. in 2012. According to the Ministry of Land and Property Relations RB, the annual planned task is executed by 103,3 %.

1197,6 million rbl. (104,3 % from the plan) were obtained from rent of real-estate objects, 3602 million rbl. (103,9 %) from the rent of land plots, 2174,6 million rbl. (101,7 %) from sale of municipal property, including land sale.

At the regional seminar in Sterlitamak it was marked that in the course of debts collecting on municipal property rent, including land plots, 13880 claims for 1629,7 million rbl. were directed to leaseholders, 1646 petitions to sue for 1152,6 million rbl. were directed to the Arbitration Court RB. As a whole for the last year 1075,2 million rbl were levied under claims and petitions to sue and directed to the municipal budgets.
