Bashneft starts bookbuilding for bonds of 6-9 series for total amount 30 billion rbl.

JSOC Bashneft starts bookbuilding for bonds of 6-9 series for the total amount of 30 billion rbl. on Monday, Rusbonds informs ireferring to Gazprombank as the organizer of the transaction.

The bookbuilding will last till February 7. Technical placing of bonds is planned for February, 12.

In September of the last year the Federal Service on Financial Markets registered four issuances of Bashneft classical bonds with total amount of 30 billion rbl. The volume of 6-7th series is per 10 billion rbl. each, 8-9th series – per 5 billion rbl. The term of placing is 10 years. Payment of 20 semi-annual coupons is provided under bonds.

The reference rate of the coupon for the 6th and 8th series – 8,5 – 8,75 % per annum. For the 7th and 9th series is 8,7 – 8,95 %.
