Bailiffs of Bashkiria collected 7,3 billion rbl. for 2012

About 1623175 enforcement proceedings were executed in local and specialised departments of the Directorate of Federal Bailiff Service on Bashkortostan Republic in 2012. Average loading per one bailiff made 240 enforcement proceedings a month at the established standards of 22 enforcement proceedings. Such data were given by the head of the Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service – the main bailiff of Bashkortostan Zarif Baiguskarov at the expanded session of the Directorate board following the results of work for 2012.

As Zarif Baiguskarov marked, bailiffs finished 780924 executive enforcement proceedings last year. It was collected 7,3 billion rbl., fr om which in favour of claimants-individuals it was collected 1,3 billion rbl. Also for a year it was levied more than 147 million rbl. of execution fees, 1 billion rbl. as tax payments and more than 150 million rbl. of penalties imposed by courts and other authorized bodies for administrative offences.

As the department press-service underlines, the activity of the Directorate of Federal Bailiff Service focuses on decision of socially significant tasks: collecting of the backdated wages and children allowance payments, replenishment of budgets of all levels, debts repayment under taxes and tax collections, exclusion of illegal migrants beyond the country lim its and many other things.
