94,5 percent of customs declarations in Bashkiria are submitted electronically

Up to 94,5 % of declarations to the system of Bashkortostan Customs are submitted electronically.

According to the department, the first electronic declaration was registered in July, 2005. In the beginning documents were sent by dedicated channels connected to the departmental network of customs bodies. The first declaration through the Internet was submitted to the Sterlitamak Customs Post in September, 2009.

At present more than 580 participants of foreign trade activities made electronic customs declaring. Among them there is Beloretsky metallurgical combine, Sterlitamak Petrochemical Plant, «Gazprom neftehim Salavat», "NefAZ" and other large companies.
