Ufa Airport confirmed again conformity to the international quality standard

JSC International Airport Ufa successfully passed re-certification on conformity to the international standard ISO 9001:2008.

For the first time Ufa airport passed the certifying procedure of quality management system on conformity to requirements of international standard ISO of 9001:2008 series with issuance of the corresponding certificate in the autumn of 2009. Thereby it was included into the list of few Russian airports certificated on the international quality standard, along with airports "Domodedovo", "Pulkovo", "Sheremetyevo".

As the enterprise informs, in October, 2012 Ufa Airport underwent the planned procedure of re-certification of quality management systems (QMS) on conformity to requirements of the international standard. The re-certification procedure was spent by the recognised certifying body— Association «Russian Register — Civil Aviation».

Within the limits of business activity of the airport QMS covers rendering of the following services: ground handling operations; service of aircrafts on the ramp; aviation fuel supply for air transportations and quality assurance of petroleum products.
