Tax revenues of all levels budgets grew by 9,6 percent in Bashkiria

215793 million rbl. of taxes and other obligatory payments were transferred to the budgets of all levels in 2012. The consolidated social tax is not considered in this sum. In comparison with the indicator of 2011, revenues increased by 9,6 %, or by 18911 million rbl., Bashkir Directorate of the Federal Tax Service informs.

43,2 % (93236 million rbl.) of all revenues were transferred to the federal budget, 56,8 % (122557 million rbl.) to the republican one.

93527 million rbl were transferred to the consolidated budget of Bashkortostan. 78,6 % of this sum were directed to the republican budget, 21,4 % — to the local ones.

According to the fiscal administration, more than one quarter of revenues to the budgets of all levels (25,8 %) is provided at the expense of the mineral extraction tax in the republic. The sum of excises is not much less (21,7 %). 17,5 % of revenues were constituted by the personal income tax (NDFL), 16,8 % — by the income tax, 9,7 % — by the value added cost, 5,2 % — by property taxes.

The mineral extraction tax revenues grew by 13,5 % — to 55586 million rbl. last year.

The NDFL amounted to 37790 million rbl. (plus 12,6 % for a year).

The corporate income tax was collected in the sum of 36335 million volume rbl. (plus 6,3 %).

The VAT was transferred in the sum of 20984 million rbl. (minus 19,1 %).

Revenues of property taxes were estimated in the sum of 11315 million rbl. — by 12,8 % more than in 2011. Corporate and individuals property taxes, transport and land taxes were included here.

The total debts under taxes, duties, fines and tax sanctions as of January 1, 2013 made 16183 million rbl. For a year they decreased by 8,5 %. Besides, debts under the consolidated social tax and payments to the social off-budget funds made 1970 million rbl. In 2012 they considerably reduced — in 1,7 times.
