Protocol of intent on cooperation between the Government of Bashkortostan and the «Honghua CIS» company is signed

On January 24, protocol of intent on cooperation between the Government of Bashkortostan and the Russian-Chinese company «Honghua CIS» was signed in the House of Republic, the press-service of the President RB informs. According to the document till the end of 2015 start-up of an enterprise for heavy drilling units production for oil and gas fields exploration and development is planned in Ishimbay. The manufacture volume will make about nine billion rbl. a year. The production line will be placed in the territory of JSC "Machine-building company "Vityaz".

The project prospects were discussed by the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov and the general director of OJSC "Research and production corporation "UralVagonZavod" Oleg Sienko.

Rustem Khamitov marked that «investors are interested in those possibilities which are granted by the republic». As he said, «it is a matter of tax benefits, comfortable working conditions, decrease in administrative barriers, support of «megaprojects».

The result of this interest was expressed in 250 billion rbl. of investments into the fixed capital. The year before this indicator was up to 185 billion rbl. «Good, steady growth is observed», the President of the republic underlined.

The general director of "UralVagonZavod" Oleg Sienko after the protocol signing informed the journalists: «the plant (Machine-building company "Vityaz") will need substantial modernization and we will calculate the necessary amount of investments». As he said, the matter of new products manufacture in Ishimbay within the railway range was mentioned at the meeting with the President. «It concerns manufacture of dumpcars (freight cars) for transportations of loose goods», Oleg Sienko said.

According to the signed protocol of intent the founders undertake to create and register the isolated division of «Honghua CIS» LLC in Bashkortostan Republic.
