Learn about your application progress in tax authorities through the Internet

The Bashkir Directorate of the Federal Tax Service started a new electronic service – «To learn about your complaint consideration progress».

According to the Bashkir Directorate of the Federal Tax Service, this service allows the applicant to receive the information on the consideration progress of submitted application to the department. In 2012, 401 complaints were submitted to republican tax bodies, including complaints on activity of tax bodies and their officials. 128 fr om them were recognised reasonable.

Tax specialists mark that recently inhabitants of the republic even more often use special service «To address to the Federal Tax Service (UFNS) of Russia», available on the department website. It is the fastest way to connect with the tax service, guaranteeing answer reception in the terms established by the legislation. There are territories wh ere electronic applications already prevail over the written ones. For example, the Federal Tax Service in Salavat received 117 letters with applications from taxpayers by mail and 303 applications through the Internet.
