Area of federal land reached 5686 thousand hectares in Bashkiria

In Bashkortostan, within the limits of land monitoring, over 580 inspections of land plots were conducted in 2012. As the press-service of the Directorate of the Russian State Register on RB informs, plots for private housing construction, transferred from the category of farming land were surveyed first of all.

“In 2012 the area of land, which is owned by the Russian Federation increased by 2,3 thousand hectares, owned by Bashkortostan Republic — by 6,3 thousand, owned by municipalities— by 20,2 thousand hectares,” following the results of 2012 Igor Shelyakov, the head of the Directorate of the Federal Service of the State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography on RB reported such data.

As of January 1, 2013 in the region, the property right of the Russian Federation to 5686,4 thousand hectares of land, Bashkortostan Republic — to 79,3 thousand hectares was registered in accordance with the applicable procedure. Even 100 thousand hectares more are in the municipal property, about 2336 thousand — are owned by citizens, eight thousand — are in the property of legal bodies. About 6085 thousand hectares of land are not distinguished concerning property rights on them.
