54 thousand titles were registered in Bashkiria in 2012 as a part of “dacha amnesty”

In 2012 according to the law on “dacha amnesty” more than 54 thousand land titles were registered by the simplified procedure, the press-service of the Bashkortostan Directorate of the Russian State Register informs.

The most part of the registered rights are related to land plots — over 30 thousand. About 19 thousand titles were registered by Bashkortostan Directorate of the Russian State Register to objects of private housing construction. Still almost five thousand titles are issued by it to the created or being created objects of the real estate.

As Igor Shelyakov, the head of the Directorate of the Federal Service of the State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography on RB marked, in comparison with 2011, the quantity of the registered in the simplified way titles of citizens to separate objects of real estate decreased by 22 % in 2012.

“Decrease in this indicator is connected with that the titles to the majority of the objects coming within the purview of “dacha amnesty”, are already registered at the moment,” Igor Shelyakov considers.
