Terms of state registration of titles and transactions with the real estate are reduced in Bashkortostan

For improvement of rendered state services quality, the Bashkir Directorate of the Russian State Register reduces terms of the state registration of titles and transactions with the real estate.

“Since January 1, 2013 inhabitants of cities and republican regions, except for Ufa and the Ufa region, could register titles and transactions with the real estate within 15 calendar days. Since January 14, of this year inhabitants of Ufa and the Ufa region have a possibility to register the titles and transactions with the real estate, including mortgage of land plots, buildings, constructions, non-residential premises, during 15 calendar days. Moreover, in the cities of Agidel and Octyabrsky, and also in Kaltasinsky and Tatyshlinsky republican regions it is possible to register titles and transactions with the real estate within 10 calendar days, Natalia Shagieva, the deputy head of the Bashkir Directorate of the Russian State Register explained.

Besides, since January 1, Ufa townspeople having three and more minor children or having the disabled children can register the land plots granted for private housing construction within the reduced terms — five working days. Earlier, since November 1, 2012 such possibility was given only to inhabitants of other cities and regions of Bashkortostan.
