In 2013 Hampton by Hilton Hotel will start to be constructed in Ufa

In Ufa construction of the hotel of the world brand Hampton by Hilton will begin in summer 2013. The franchising contract between the developer of the project "Osnova" group of companies and Hilton Worldwide company is already signed.

The approximate volume of investments is 570 million rbl. Opening of the world class hotel is planned in Ufa in the first quarter 2015, on the threshold of SCO and BRICS Summits carrying out in the capital of Bashkortostan.

As the managing partner of "Osnova" group of companies Alexander Kaltykov said at the press conference in Bashinform News Agency, the eight-storied Hampton by Hilton Ufa Hotel for 160 standard rooms will be constructed along 50 Let Octobrya Street, near to the entertaining centre «Ogni Ufy». The hotel total area is 6500 square metres.

“The area of each room will make 21 square metres. Our target audience is 50 percent of tourists and the same percent of businessmen. Hampton by Hilton is a 100 percent of quality assurance. Hotel services are round-the-clock reception and a lobby-bar, free WiFi, free hot breakfasts, and also fitness and conference halls,” Alexander Kaltykov told the journalists.

“It is already the third our project which we together with "Osnova" group of companies plan to realise in Russia. In summer 2013 the first hotel under the brand Hampton by Hilton will be opened in Voronezh. One more hotel of the group is under construction now in Volgograd. Russia is strategically important market for construction of similar hotels,” Michael Collini

Vice President Development underlined at the meeting.

According to strategic investor of "Osnova" group of companies Dmitry Doikhen, Hilton Company, in comparison with other similar companies, is most attractive from the point of view of mentality and understanding of the Russian market.

The hotel will be run by its own operating company of the group «Osnova Hotel Management». Its creation is planned in the middle of 2013 — to the opening of the first in Russia hotel Hampton by Hilton in Voronezh.

The group of companies "Osnova" was created in 1999. Today it is one of few Russian companies working in the sphere of design management and initiating its own investment projects. In 2011 " Osnova " signed a strategic agreement with Hilton Worldwide on construction in Russia networks from 10-11 Hampton by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn hotels.
