Housing construction volume grew almost by 10 percent in Bashkiria

27 thousand apartments with total area of 2317,8 thousand sq. m were commissioned in Bashkortostan in 2012. It is by 9,9 % more than in 2011, the Bashkortostan Statistics Agency informs.

The main volume of habitation (69,7 %) is accounted for individual builders. At their own expense and raising loans they constructed 14,6 thousand houses. Totally it is 1616,1 thousand sq. m (plus 4,5 % for a year).

Republican enterprises and organisations commissioned over 701,7 thousand sq.m of habitation, almost by one quarter ( 24,8 %) having exceeded the result of 2011. The share of legal bodies in the construction total volume grew by 3,6 % — to 30,3 %.

In rural areas for a year it was put into operation 993,8 thousand sq. m of habitation (plus 12,2 % for a year). In cities this figure made 1324 thousand (plus 8,2 %).
