Rustem Khamitov estimated technical re-equipment of Sterlitamak distillery

On Friday, December 28, the President of Bashkortostan Rustem Khamitov during his working trip to Sterlitamak visited local distillery. At the enterprise, which is JSC "Bashspirt" branch, this year scale modernisation of production facilities was spent. The performed works solved a number of energy-efficient and high technology tasks.

The President of the Republic was told that the automated complex of grain receiving, storage and processing was constructed. According to the head of JSC "Bashspirt" Nikolay Knyazev, thanks to modernisation the enterprise processes up to 180 tons of grain a day, and uses only rye.

Within the limits of the reconstruction the capacity of the automated boiler-house was increased from 20 to 50 t of vapour per hour. The modern transformer substation with capacity of 3200 kW was constructed. All complex of the distiller installation was transferred to the energy effective operational scheme.

Modern treatment facilities providing parametres of treated waste-water into the river were erected at the distillery. All equipment of the alcohol production is made by domestic manufacturers.

The spent reconstruction increased productivity of the distillery from 3000 dkl of alcohol to 7300 dkl of alcohol a day. The total amount of investments made about 700 million roubles of own funds.

It should be mentioned that JSC "Bashspirt" is one of the largest tax bearers in the republic. This year the joint-stock company paid 6,7 billion of taxes, the next year tax loading will increase to 10,5 billion roubles.
