Capital authorities created the Register of bona fide developers of Ufa

The Register of Ufa bona fide developers is created at the initiative of the capital authorities. According to its authors, the register will serve as preventive measure of new deceived shared housing owners to appear in the city.

At present criteria are developed, on which construction organizations are included in the list of reliable ones. Among requirements there is absence of complaints to the developer by share construction participants, timeliness of houses commissioning, targeted use of money funds of shared owners.

So far, the list of bona fide developers includes nine enterprises.

The instruction for future participants of share construction is published on the city council website.
