Total milk output in Bashkiria is more than 1,674 million tons

For today total milk output in Bashkortostan exceeds 1,674 million tons. More than 620 thousand tons of milk are produced by agricultural enterprises and farms that is by 40 thousand tons more than the indicators of the similar period of 2011.

The most part of the milk yield - over one million tons - is accounted for personal subsidiary economies, it was informed at the press-service of the Ministry of Agriculture RB.

The volume of milk sales as of December 24, made almost 656 thousand tons, including that more than 553 thousand tons were sold at agricultural enterprises and farms. About 103 thousand tons of milk were purchased from the republican population for this time.
