253 billion roubles of investments are attracted to Bashkiria in 2012

Following the results of 2012 the total amount of investments attracted to the republic is predicted in the sum of 253 billion roubles. From them about 100 million dollars are foreign investors funds. Such figures were reported by the Minister of Economic Development RB Alexander Maryin at the press conference in Ufa.

“Bashkortostan is one of the most fast-growing subjects of Russia on volumes of investments into fixed capital. We have the fastest growth in the Volga Federal District,” the Minister said.

At the year-end 2012 the list of priority investment projects of the region was generated. It includes 64 projects with total amount of investments nearly 400 billion roubles. Their realisation will allow creating 40 thousand workplaces. As a whole work over 100 investment projects is being conducted in the republic, and it constitutes 600 billion roubles and 50 thousand people to be occupied in the economy.
