Bashkir Chamber of Commerce and Industry presented interests of small-scale business in France

The investment and industrial potential of Bashkortostan was presented in the frameworks of the "Russian Meetings-2012" in Paris. The presentation took place in the French Agency for International Business Development (UBIFRANCE).

The presentation was spent by the vice-premiers Evgenie Mavrin and Dmitry Sharonov supervising spheres of economy and industry in the Government of Bashkortostan, and also the president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry RB Yuriy Pustovgarov.

The French party expressed its concern about superiority loss in business relations with Russia: Germany and Italy are in the lead now. To correct the situation, Frenchmen are going to render support for the companies engaged with export.

“Investors will get support both here, and in France. For French businessman, who will enter the market of Bashkortostan Republic, benefits will be granted by the French communities, banks of France, funds, including venture funds,” Yuriy Pustovgarov marked.

At the presentation representatives of republican delegation told about Bashkortostan, about its natural resources, competences, economical branches to be developed. Representatives of associations, businesses, economic and commerce chambers of various regions of France attended the meeting. Negotiations were conducted concerning technologies connected with chemistry, hi-tech mechanical engineering and agricultural processing. Virtually, an invitation to the French business was made to start trading and economic missions in Bashkortostan.

The delegation of Bashkortostan also met representatives of "Alstom" company, with Association of small aircraft manufacturers of France which in turn showed interest to the small aircraft cluster being created in the republic.
