Public assistants of the Business Ombudsman will be trained in Bashkiria

On December 20, the training seminar for public assistants of the Business Ombudsman will take place in Ufa.

At the meeting the Business Ombudsman Rafail Gibadullin will tell about stages of the business ombudsman institute formation, about problems in the sphere of businessmen rights and interests protection, will define ways and activity prospects in this direction.

The seminar program provides reports by lecturers of the Bashkir Academy of Public Service and Management under the President of Bashkortostan on subjects «Legal elements of enterprise activity. New items in the legislation», «Legal aspects of work with businessmen references, administrative regulations».

Reports concerning the state support of businessmen in the republic are planned by representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development RB.

Representatives of Office of Public Prosecutor RB will share with the information on public prosecutor's supervision of legislation observance in the sphere of business, and experts of tax service will answer questions of the seminar attendants on tax modes for small and medium business.

Participants of the seminar will also learn about the projects of the Strategic Initiatives Agency «Vertical Flights» and "Foresight", and how to receive investments for scientific and technical projects and achieve high results in business.
