Bashkortostan is in the lead in the sphere of state purchases transparency

As Bashinform News Agency already reported, the republic was appropriated the level of «guaranteed transparency» following the results of the National Rating of Transparency of Purchases-2012. Having received the highest estimation of the rating, Bashkortostan was included into the eight of regions-leaders and took the second place after Moscow.

Sergey Novikov, the chairman of the State Committee on Public Contracts RB considers that results of the National Rating of Transparency proved the course chosen in Bashkortostan focused on reforming of republican system of state orders placing.

Following the results of 2009 the republic occupied only the 34 line in the rating (level of «the average transparency»). For the last two years the system of state orders placing was essentially changed. For today the quantity of republican suppliers accredited on electronic platforms, makes more than 3600. The competition level is 2,7 applications for one purchase.

As a whole, Bashkortostan is an innovator in the field of state purchases. There is a desire to work transparently and effectively, the model of state purchases system is generated, which is clear to all customers.

The National Rating of Transparency of Purchases is an independent project first in Russia, which carries out the analysis of actual practice in the given sphere. The estimation is spent by 111 criteria.
