Bashkiria has conceded in the national rating of purchases transparency only to Moscow

In 2012 Bashkortostan received the highest estimation of the National Rating of Transparency of Purchases-2012 — «the guaranteed transparency». The republic, according to independent experts, was included into the eight regions-leaders, took the second place among subjects of the Russian Federation, having conceded superiority only to Moscow. In the given category there were presented also Altay and Khabarovsk Territories, the Vladimir, Bryansk, Samara and Tyumen Regions. We will mark that by results of the rating -2009 the republic was only on the 34th place, in the category of «average transparency».

On December 10, the awarding ceremony of leaders of the «National Rating of Transparency of Purchases-2012» took place. The National Association of Participants of Electronic Trade acted as the organizer at support of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Federal antimonopoly service of Russia, profile committees of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

In total 79 federal enforcement authorities, the state customers from 83 subjects of the Russian Federation, 50 largest municipal customers, more than 100 largest customers on 223-FZ and more than 70 largest Russian companies of corporate sector were estimated in the Transparency-2012 Rating.

Sergey Novikov, the chairman of the State Committee on Public Contracts RB participated in the awarding ceremony on behalf of the management of Bashkortostan Republic.

«The National Rating of Purchases Transparency» is the first independent project in Russia carrying out economic and legal analysis of operating practice of purchases by the largest state and corporate structures which is spent since 2006 and is a significant event for all regions of Russia.
