Apartment houses repairs under the program of Housing and Public Utilities Fund are finished in Bashkiria

In Bashkortostan realisation of the regional targeted program on major repairs of apartment houses for 2012, financed with participation of the Assistance Fund to Housing and Public Utilities Reforms is finished. Current year in its frameworks major repairs of 116 apartment houses with total area of 380,9 thousand square metres were carried out and living conditions of 14 460 citizens were improved, the directorate on public relations of the State Corporation informs.

Nine cities of the republic took part in realisation of the targeted program: Ufa, Birsk, Blagoveshchensk, Dyurtyuli, Kumertau, Octyabrsky, Tuimazy, Ishimbay and Sterlitamak. Within the limits of the program replacement of 11 elevators was spent, roofs, facades and utilities were renewed in apartment houses.

Total 847,3 million roubles were directed for major repairs of apartment houses this year in the republic, the Fund means constituted 576,3 million from them, 210,3 million were allocated from the republican and municipal budgets, 60,7 million were means of proprietors.

In 2008-2012 6,4 billion roubles were allocated from the Fund to Bashkortostan for realisation of programs for major repairs of apartment houses. 1,7 billion roubles were added by the region as co-financing. These means were directed for major repairs of 1 172 apartment houses and improvement of living conditions of 214 940 people.
