Bashkortostan is the region of «the guaranteed transparency» on purchases

Bashkortostan is given the level of «guaranteed transparency» following the results of the National rating of purchases transparency -2012. On this occasion the letter of congratulations from organizers — National Association of Participants of Electronic Trade was sent to the President of Bashkortostan.

On December 10, at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation the awarding ceremony of winners took place. Representatives of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, profile regional departments participated in it. Our republic was represented by the head of the State Committee on Public Contracts RB Sergey Novikov. Awards were handed over by the Chairman of Organising Committee Anton Nazarkin.

Among the main tasks of organizers are continuous monitoring of state and tendencies of the national market of purchases, the analysis of offers and current programs of reforming of state management system in the field of purchases, analysis of the international practice of counteraction to corruption, increase of transparency and economic efficiency of purchases, open informing of the public on corruption scales in the national market of purchases.

Participants of the rating are the most significant federal and regional purchasing agents, and also leaders of the Russian corporate sector. The success primary factor is observance of transparency and economic efficiency standards of purchasing activity.
