Cluster approach will help to develop Bashkortostan tourism

The presentation of Bashkortostan Tourism Centre took place within the limits of II republican forum-exhibition «Business. Little Towns and Territories – Growth Points». The created Tourism Centre of the region represents noncommercial partnership of the Union of Tourist Industry of Bashkortostan and Chamber of Commerce and Industry RB.

The director of the Tourism Centre Natalia Nikolskaya presented to the President of Bashkortostan the information on projects and plans of the centre for 2013.

Following the results of a round-table conference work «Reformatting of support programs for small and medium entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation» the minister of Economic Development RB Alexander Maryin declared that it is necessary to develop only those clusters, which were formed in the conditions of natural market, instead of to create them «in an open field». And the Tourism Centre offers a new decision on tourist clusters development.

Such offer can be approved at several municipal unions, such as Burzjansky and Salavatsky regions, the city of Ufa.

The tourist-information service of Bashkortostan presented by three tourist-information centres in Ufa, Abzakovo and Starosubhangulovo, starts its activity this year. Opening of the centres is planned for December 20, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry RB informs.

The basic directions of tourist-information service activity: information, marketing, agency and consulting services which are carried out in the republican and federal information and tourist markets, and also organisation and carrying out of tourist mass events and exhibitions, tourist and excursion services, editorial and publishing, trade and equipment hire.

With assistance of tourist-information service the off-budget fund of money means for advancement of a complex republican tourist product will be formed.
