Inhabitants of Bashkortostan capital received all volume of knowledge necessary for acquisition of primary housing at the seminar on housing problems. "Zhilstroyinvest" Company initiated the carrying out of this important event on the occasion of its 15th anniversary in the Congress Hall.

How to make a correct choice, to choose the right developer, not to become a victim of deceit by unfair realtors – all these issues inhabitants of our republic raised at the meeting with experts of government institutions, supervising bodies and lawyers.

Opening the seminar, the chief of legal department of "Zhilstroyinvest" LLC Elena Hamidullina said about legislative support of transactions with the real estate and in every detail described all possible schemes of participation in the new construction.

Nikolay Gavva, the first vice-president of the State Committee RB on Construction and Architecture depicted the situation in the market of housing construction in the republic. It is very important, according to Nikolay Gavva, to create a situation in the real estate market when the deceit becomes improbable. For this purpose in the market there should be enough apartments —supply and demand should be balanced as much as possible. In this direction serious work is conducted in the region.

Nikolay Gavva named the signs which should put on the alert at an apartment purchase. First of all it is unreasonably low price and absence of contracts registration in the registration chamber.

At the seminar people raised a problem of houses erection schedule overrun. According to Nikolay Gavva, the contract conclusion yet does not mean that the construction terms will be strictly observed.
