Bashkir power sector introduces optimal performance planning system at thermal power stations

The Bashkir Generating Company (LLC "BGK") started the project realisation on introduction of mathematical simulation system of optimal performance at thermal power stations.

The project realisation became possible thanks to creation of the automated system of the dispatching control of LLC "BGK" processing the most part of initial data on equipment work.

Prompt reaction to changing conditions of the market is necessary for effective work in the competitive market that is impossible without the automated planning system of optimal performance at thermal power stations, the chief engineer of the company Vladimir Kremer underlines.

At present the project realisation is conducted at five stations, including the Ufa Thermal Power Station-2 and Thermal Power Station-4, Sterlitamak Thermal Power Station, and also new-Sterlitamak and Priufimsky Thermal Power Stations. Commercial operation of mathematical simulation system of optimal performance at thermal power stations in these branches of the Bashkir Generating Company will start in 2013.
