70 thousand businessmen of Bashkiria have got a «personal office» in the Pension Fund

Individual businessmen, irrespectively of the fact of their activity realisation, according to the legislation should make insurance payments till December 31, current year, the press-service of the Pension Fund of the republic informs. The sum of payments depends on the minimum wage rate and tariffs. Current year it makes 14386, 32 roubles on obligatory pension insurance and 2821,93 roubles on obligatory medical insurance. Since 2013 the sum of payments will increase to 32479,2 roubles and 6370,92 roubles accordingly. Thus the current legislation does not contain any norms on exemption from payments.

The registered individual businessmen who do not conduct and do not plan to conduct entrepreneurial business should notify the registering body about it. Not later than five days from the date of documents submission for de-registration individual businessmen will be taken off from the state register. Only since this moment the further charge of insurance payments which should be paid to the Pension fund will be stopped.
