Tourist Industry Union of Bashkortostan will develop cooperation with the neighboring regions

On November 22-23, the Inter-regional tourist forum «Cooperation of regions: prospects and development» took place in Magnitogorsk. A large delegation of Bashkortostan Republic headed by the chairman of Tourist Industry Union RB Kinya Kuskildin participated in the forum.

Tourist industry and public authorities of the Chelyabinsk Region, cities of Troitsk, Satka, Miass, the Khanty-Mansijsk Autonomous District, Kurgan and Sverdlovsk Regions, the Perm Territory and delegation of Bashkortostan within two days planned directions of tourism joint development in the Urals and concluded a number of agreements.

According to Kinya Kuskildin, arrangements on the conclusion of cooperation agreements reached by the Union with Tour Operators Association of the Chelyabinsk Region and Association «Cities of Urals» became the most significant results of the forum. Also opening of a representation office of the Tourist Industry Union in Trans-Urals is planned. The necessity to carry out a presentation meeting of mountain-skiing centres "Bannoye" and "Abzakovo" with all tour operators of the republic was discussed. There was also a talk about the project start «Mountain-skiing tourism of Bashkortostan» in December this year.

Within the limits of the forum the sightseeing tour over Magnitogorsk city was organised, including the largest metallurgical enterprise of Russia — JSC "MMK".
