Bashkir Generating Company has published the list of debtors – "millionaires" for housing and utilities

In Bashkiria, by data as of November 1, 2012, debts of legal bodies for heat energy and hot water supply reached 1,6 billion roubles. As the Bashkir Generating Company informs, for the first time this year the republic started the cold season with a debt for the consumed power resources exceeding one billion roubles. Thus the general level of debts to energy suppliers is not decreasing from the beginning of 2012.

From the beginning of the cold season energy sector workers mark decrease in debts of housing organisations and its growth to recources supplying organisations of intermediaries – enterprises serving distributive heat supply networks. For example, the debts of only one such company -municipal unitary enterprise «Ufa Utility Networks» already make more than 600 million roubles.

Bashkir energy sector workers do not exclude possibility of bankruptcy procedures initiation in relation to other managing companies refusing to sign an amicable settlement agreement, or infringing the provisions of the reached arrangements.
