It is possible to receive online data from EGRP on the Russian State Register website

On the Russian State Register web portal now it is possible to connect to the service of data reception from the base of the Unified State Register of Rights to Real Estate and Transactions Therewith (EGRP).

To receive a unique access code to the information resource containing EGRP data, a request should be made to the Directorate according to the established requirements.

The realisation of such state service was carried out stage by stage. The first recipients of this service were those who had rights to free of charge granting of such data. Since November 15, 2012 each applicant can be rendered this service.

The possibility to receive the data from EGRP in a real time mode is one more step for "communications map" realisation by the Russian State Register. By March, 2014 insurance organisations, other subjects of insurance business, credit organisations, notaries will be obliged to request and receive data from EGRP and GKN (the State Cadastre of Real Estate) independently in electronic form without participation of citizens.

Accordingly, the new service basically is intended for professional participants of the real estate market, bank structures, and also notaries, insurance companies and legal bodies.
