Bashkiria is among five regions of Russia with the highest indicators on real estate transactions

Following the results of first nine months 2012 Bashkortostan was included into top five regions of the country by quantity of the registered real estate transactions. The list of leaders, except Bashkortostan includes the Moscow Region (over 1,195 million transactions), Krasnodar Territory (more than 817 thousand), Tatarstan (more than 667 thousand) and the Rostov Region (over 643 thousand transactions).

For nine months of this year more than 697 thousand applications for state registration of titles to real estate and transactions with it were submitted to the Russian State Register Directorate on Bashkortostan Republic. It is by 12 percent more than for the similar period of the last year, the deputy head of the Directorate Natalia Shagieva reports.

The quantity of registered titles to land plots grew by 24 percent. The quantity of registered titles to non-residential premises increased by 27 percent in comparison to 2011.

The total amount of registration actions under the mortgage across Bashkortostan for 9 months 2012 increased by 27 percent in comparison with the similar period of 2011, and made 42 077 and 33 141, accordingly, Natalia Shagieva informs.

In 2012 the quantity of registration actions under the mortgage of premises already exceeds 26 thousand that is above the previous year indicator by 29 percent. Besides, over 8700 deeds of pledge were issued, that exceeds the similar indicator of 2011 by 26 percent.
