Three hotels will start to be built in Ufa in the beginning of 2013

Three from ten hotels planned in Ufa will start to be under construction already in the beginning of next year. There is no absolute certainty concerning the rest of the projects now, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Government RB Evgenie Mavrin announced at the press conference on November 16.

“For today ten civil-engineering designs of hotels in Ufa are in process. How many of them will reach the finish it is highly questionable for today,” the vice-premier marked.

According to Evgenie Mavrin, the hotel complex in the republic, at least in Ufa is «one of economically advantageous» due to increasing business activity of the region.

Thus he underlined that it was very important to estimate correctly necessary quantity of hotels – in order to avoid the situation that without large international events they would stay empty.

Three designated above hotels will appear in the area of Gostiny Dvor, the Monument of Friendship and trading-exposition centre which is erected on the place of the former VDNKh (Exhibition of Economic Achievements).
