The delegation of Bashkortostan participates in the forum-congress of «OPORA Russia»

In Moscow the forum-congress, dated for the 10th anniversary of the All-Russian public organisation for Small and Medium Entrepreneurship «OPORA Russia» opened the day before.

The delegation of Bashkortostan will take part in the events headed by the chairman of the Bashkir regional branch «OPORA Russia» Denis Musin.

Within the limits of the forum discussion platforms will be organised on the topics: «Infrastructure: barriers or motivations to small and medium business development», «Demand for products and services of small and medium entrepreneurship (MSP). Outsourcing and localisation possibilities», «Human resources potential – the determining factor of small and medium entrepreneurship development», «Entrepreneurship climate and safety of business», «Small-scale business and municipal authorities», «MSP – new energy for public health services modernisation», «Social mission of business».

«OPORA Russia» is the largest association of representatives of small and medium business which by right has great professional and public authority. You well know local situation, working conditions of businessmen and their essential problems, possess wide experience of interaction with bodies of the federal and regional power»,” the President of Russia Vladimir Putin marked in his greeting to participants of the congress.

The all-Russian public organisation «OPORA Russia» is created on September 18, 2002. The organisation main objective is to assist consolidation of businessmen and other citizens for participation in formation of favorable political, economic, legal and other conditions of development of entrepreneurship activity in the Russian Federation, providing effective development of economy.

The higher supervising body «OPORA Russia» is congress, and the higher official is the president who is elected by the congress from among the members of the organisation for four years and it can be re-elected for the new term. Since 2002 the president of public organisation «OPORA Russia» is Sergey Borisov.

At the congress re-elections of the management will take place. Sergey Borisov has already officially declared his resignation.
