Microfinancial organisations should more actively finance businessmen – National Bank RB

Small-scale business crediting the vice-president of the National Bank of Bashkortostan Republic Marat Kashapov named among the most perspective directions of microfinancial organisations activity.

Payment for money means issue and minimum requirements to "quality" of the borrower are high interest rate: hundreds, and at times thousands per annum. According to Marat Kashapov if a common citizen, addressing for a fast loan, pays interest rate fr om his future incomes, he reduces his solvent demand but a businessman has possibility to serve his debt to financial organisations deliberately expecting to receive a comparable profit.

Also the deputy head of the National Bank declared that he considers expedient to legislatively enter a requirement for all financial organisations to specify the effective interest rate (full cost of credits and loans), having lim ited its ceiling value.

Besides, usage of the term "deposit" should be allowed by law only for banking organizations in order not to mislead clients concerning insurance of means return in case of insolvency of financial organisations, Marat Kashapov marked.
