Competition «Woman-Director of the Year» will take place in Ufa

On Friday, November 16, a regional stage of the XVI All-Russia competition «Woman-Director of the Year» will be held in Ufa. The conference hall of the Ministry of Industry and Innovative Policy RB will be a venue of the competition.

As Alla Kuzmina the chairman of Association of businesswomen of Bashkortostan informed, 17 heads of companies and organisations fr om different republican cities and areas will take part in the competition. The feature of the present competition is participation of representatives of large business and wide geography of competitors. They will compete for the right to become the best in ten nominations.

The competition is held in Russia since 1996 for the purpose of disclosing the role of women leaders in the society, their contribution to development of various fields of activity. Besides, the competition purpose is to encourage women who are engaged in charitable and public work.

Rewarding of winners of the regional stage is planned to spend in Sterlitamak on November 30, within the lim its of II Republican Forum-Exhibition «Business. Little Towns and Territories – Growth Points».
