The majority of Russians highly appreciate professionalism of bankers - poll

Almost 80 percent of Russians addressed to banks for the last three years. More than 90 percent from them characterize positively the level of professionalism of banking employees. Data of the All-Russia interrogation by the National Agency for Financial Studies (NAFI) were disclosed in Association of the Russian Banks (ARB).

It is notable that more than half of respondents — 53 percent —estimated the level of professionalism of banking workers as "high" and "above average": 21 percent and 32 percent, accordingly. 41 percent of the interrogated put the skills of bankers at the "average" level. The estimation «below average» was given by five percent of respondents and only one percent of participants of the poll named degree of banking workers professionalism as "low".
