Power sector workers of Bashkiria are ready for autumn-winter period

The Bashkir Generating Company received the readiness certificate for the autumn-winter period of 2012-2013. Such is the conclusion of the commission appointed by the Ministry of Energy of Russia.

As members of the commission marked, specialists of the Bashkir Generating Company did a great volume of works at the stated time. Capital and intermediate overhaul of two power units of the Karmanovsky State District Power Station, eight steam boilers and four steam turbines of thermal power station, and also one hydro-unit and many other sites of the generating equipment were executed.

“In spite of the fact that preparation of generating capacities for the autumn-winter period of 2012-2013 was going during the reorganisation period of "Bashkirenergo" company, it did not affect quality and terms of repair work performance and other requirements of technical regulations,” the chairman of the commission, the deputy director of Development Dept. of Electric Power Industry of the Ministry of Energy RF Leonid Neganov underlined.

As he said, the Bashkir Generating Company was one of the first in Ural region to receive the readiness certificate for the autumn-winter period.

“Is means that all branches of the company are ready to work in winter conditions, that the republican power supply system will work reliably and stably,” Leonid Neganov ascertained.
