First Innovative Business Projects Fair started its work in Bashkiria

On November 9, in Ufa, the first Innovative Business Projects Fair started its work in the building of Academy of Sciences RB. The investment capacity of projects is estimated fr om two to several hundred million roubles.

According to the head of the Territorial Innovations Centre of Bashkortostan Arthur Bogdanov, 20 projects representing agriculture, mechanical engineering, IT, pharmaceutics and other industries will take part in the expert session.

Following the results of the expert estimation, their authors will be rendered help in business plan registration, will be offered schemes of participation in state support and financing programs.

About 200 people became participants of the two-day fair. It takes place in the frameworks of creation of "single innovation window" system.

Specially invited expert fr om Moscow — the general director of the Centre for Innovations Corporization and the owner of more than 10 successful startups Alexey Vlasov will tell about possibilities of innovative projects financial support under the programs "Start" and “UMNIK”.

At the practical session «Construction of business models of startups and the concept of their advancement by means of online system startbase.ru» republican innovators will be able to present their projects to the marketing director of the Federal online system of expert appraisal and innovative projects support (startbase.ru), to the business expert from Moscow Oleg Barannik, and also to participate in the analysis of real business projects within the lim its of the program "Start"

It is important that during two fair days experts of the Territorial Innovations Centre of Bashkortostan, Science Support and Development Fund RB will estimate projects on innovativeness, help to make applications for entering into the Register of Innovative Projects RB, and render assistance in mastering techniques on preparing and writing project business plans.

“Besides, the exchange of business contacts event is organised at the fair wh ere it will be possible to carry out negotiations with representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Innovative Policy RB, Territorial Innovations Centre RB, the Science Support and Development Fund RB, Venture fund RB and investment brokers RB”, Arthur Bogdanov underlined.

On November 10, carrying out of individual consultations and also two round-table conferences is planned.

The second round-table conference will be devoted to problems of innovation startup creation. In addition to, the same day the exchange of business contacts will continue its work.

It is planned, that such fairs will be held in the region at least twice a year.
