JSC "Bashkirenergo" declared the completion of its reorganisation

JSC "Bashkirenergo" activity is stopped. The corresponding record No.39 was brought into the Uniform State Register of Legal Entities by Interdistrict Inspection of Federal Tax Service on RB.

As the company press-service informs, during reorganisation two companies — JSC «Bashkir electric grid company» (JSC "BESK") and JSC "Bashenergoaktiv" are created. JSC "Bashenergoaktiv" joined to JSC INTER RAO UES of Russia. The electric grid complex («Bashkir distribution electric networks» LLC, «Bashkir network company» LLC and "Bashenergouchet" LLC), which were a part of JSC "Bashkirenergo" joined the "BESK" structure. Power generation complex («Bashkir generating company» LLC and the affiliated service enterprises), heat supply networks (JSC «Bashkir heat distribution systems») and «CCGT unit Heat and Power Station -5» – were included into the structure of JSC INTER RAO UES of Russia.

The general director of JSC "Bashkirenergo" Andrey Makarov, making comments on reorganisation results, marked that "Bashkirenergo" fulfilled the legislation requirements on division by kinds of activity and further the enterprises would be able to work legitimately in the existing regulatory field.

Again formed JSC "BESK" is the large regional company which is engaged in supply of the electric power between the central part of Russia and Urals, and also supply and distribution of the electric power to end users in the territory of Bashkortostan. Its structure includes the public mains networks 0,4 – 500 kW with the total extent of 88 361 km, three substations 500 kW, 11 substations 220 kW, 245 substations 110 kW, 330 substations 35 kW and 22294 transformation points 0,4/6/10 the sq. Total established capacity of substations is 16648,7 MV*A.
