Volumes of passenger transportations grow in "Ufa" airport

"Ufa" International airport summed up its commercial activity for 10 months of the current year: sharp growth of indicators is marked in October.

According to the current data, 10588 flights were executed fr om January till October, 1619138 passengers, from them 1126662 —in-Russian directions, 492476 –international ones were served.

From the beginning of the year positive dynamics is observed especially in the segment of passenger transportations. The general growth of passenger traffic to the indicator of 2011 made 14 %, among them in the international directions 33 % on average.

It is important to mark that the 1,5-millionth passenger was welcomed a month earlier, than the last year.

Considerable growth of indicators in comparison with 2011 is marked in October: the quantity of sorties increased by 31 % wh ereas the monthly gain made from 5 to 10 %. At present the International airport "Ufa" daily serves about 6-8 thousand passengers. The routing network of the airport for today totals more than 40 directions.

Experts of perspective development service of the routing-transport network of "Ufa" airport continue to conduct active work on expansion of geography of flights and increase in frequency of already carried out flights.
