Joint seminar of Directorate of the Federal Tax Service on RB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs will be held in Ufa

The joint seminar-meeting of Directorate of the Federal Tax Service RF on Bashkortostan Republic and the Ministry of Internal Affairs on RB with participation of heads of both departments — the head of FTS on RB Marat Vahitov and the Minister of Internal Affairs on RB Michael Zakomaldin will be held in Ufa on November 7. The seminar will be devoted to increase of interaction efficiency between tax bodies and law-enforcement bodies.

“At the seminar it is planned to summarize joint work of departments, and to discuss interaction of tax bodies and law-enforcement bodies on development of uniformity of gathering and documenting of tax offences evidence while carrying out of joint checks of tax bearers, revealing the facts of tax legislation infringement, detecting features of deliberate (fictitious) bankruptcy. Also issues of joint tax checks planning, bringing to criminal liability for falsification of evidence, fake and forgery of documents in tax offences, and for the offences made in the sphere of bankruptcy will be considered there, the press-service of the Directorate of FTS of the Russian Federation on RB informs.

Besides, following the results of the meeting the departments plan to fix documentary their interaction, having signed the corresponding agreement.
