Bashkortostan Directorate of the Russian State Register confirmed the procedure of applicants’ reception according to the preliminary appointment. The specified procedure becomes one of measures to improve the quality of rendered state services, and also to control over persons abusing the right on preliminary appointment without specifying reliable information on an object of the real estate, the department press-service informs.

Now the employees of the Directorate who are carrying out documents acceptance, will carefully establish conformity of data to the address of the real estate object, specified by the applicant at preliminary appointment, to data in the documents submitted for the state registration.

In case if the applicant who addressed by preliminary appointment, submits documents and addresses which mismatch the data specified previously, it will be recommended him to submit documents on a first-come, first-served basis or to make a preliminary appointment repeatedly.
