Till the end of the year the institute of business ombudsmen to be formed completely in Russia

The business ombudsman in Bashkortostan Republic Rafail Gibadullin met in Moscow with the federal business ombudsman Boris Titov, the press-service of business ombudsman on RB informs.

During the working meeting issues concerning the draft of the Federal Law «Concerning the business ombudsmen under the President of the Russian Federation» were discussed, amendments brought by public organisations of republican businessmen («OPORA Russia», «Business Russia», Association of Business Organisations RB, the Ufa Union of Businessmen and the Union of Employers of Bashkortostan) were also considered.

Boris Titov marked that this year formation of the institute of business ombudsmen in subjects of the Russian Federation should be finished in Russia. The federal law will provide for the procedure of appointment of business ombudsmen in the regions. Regional business ombudsmen are appointed for today in seven subjects of Russia. Bashkortostan was the second region where the ombudsman was appointed.

The special attention was paid to mutual relations of regional ombudsmen and territorial structures of federal enforcement authorities in the subjects of Russia. In particular, it was a question of economic cases under trial consideration.
