New shopping malls to appear in the suburbs of Ufa

In Ufa there will be one more large shopping complex — «М7 Mall» which is under construction in the Lenin district of the Bashkir capital, to the south of «8 Martha» settlement. The volume of investments into this object is estimated almost in 3 billion roubles. Foodstuff, home appliances and building materials hypermarkets will be located there.

Olga Krasnova, the head of economical department of city administration said about it to the journalists. It is planned that «M7» will be opened by 2014. Besides, behind the shopping centre "IKEA" the furniture hypermarket "Stolplit" is being constructed.

According to Olga Krasnova, investments in the amount of 1-1,5 billion roubles are required, the object input into operation is expected by 2015.

In total 29 objects of trade, entertainment and service are under construction now in Ufa with total cost of investments 26,6 billion roubles.
